Co-ran a pet wellness startup with the CEO. Led a 23-person product org across three countries, ran operations and the leadership team, and together we tripled the product offering.
Scaling Agile: 20 to 80+ Builders
As Agile Coach at Flywheel/WP Engine, I ran the coaching and team structure while the Scrum org grew from 20 to 80-plus builders. At Mutual of Omaha, I trained client teams on Scrum, Kanban, and release planning.

Board leadership, mentoring the same kid for nine years, food drives, and shelter volunteering. Showing up matters.
Crawlerado Bikepacking
A bikepacking community I started in Northern Colorado, plus the web app behind it: interactive gravel-road discovery, gear checklists, and ride planning. I design, build, and maintain it.

Hi there
I'm Nathan, a product manager who came up through IT and networking. Chief of Staff at a pet wellness startup, agile coach at Flywheel/WP Engine while the org grew from 20 to 80-plus, and the first big-data platform at a Fortune 500 company.
Building is part of the job for me, not a side interest. Writing and shipping code, prototyping with LLM-based tools, staying close to how the product actually gets made. Coming up through networking means I can still read the stack, which shortens a lot of conversations with engineers.
